Fair question, one we get asked a lot, so let's just answer it properly instead of making you dig through a booking form.
The short answer: a weekend hire (Friday to Monday) typically works out cheaper per day than you'd expect once you factor in what's included. We won't quote an exact figure here since it depends on vehicle and season, but live pricing is on the booking page.
What's included in the price (and what usually isn't, elsewhere): insurance included, breakdown cover included, plus a full kit, kitchen equipment, camping chairs, a table, cooking gear. A lot of hire companies charge these as extras.
What actually changes the price: which vehicle (a 2-berth like Elsie costs less than a 6-berth like Ronnie), when you're going (school holidays and bank holidays cost more), and how long for. Midweek is usually the cheapest way in.
Our honest advice if you're on a budget: book early and go midweek or just outside school holidays if you can. Keep an eye on our page for cancellations, they're usually the best value going. 👀
